CONSULTATION: All clients are required to pay a non refundable and non deductible fee of
Aso Ebi: N7000 $10 (30 minutes)
Custom detailed dress: N10,000 $15 (45 minutes)
Bridal dress: N15000 #25 (1 hour)

Payment is to be made before designs, sketches & other details can be discussed . The fee is Non – refundable, Non-transferable & Non-deductible.

Consultation fee payment validated bookings.
* For virtual consultations, Zoom or WhatsApp video call will be used.
* In order to help the design team understand your preference/style, kindly have at least 3 design inspo that you love to show the team during consultation.
* Sketches and designs will be sent after consultation session to enable the design team come up with a unique design

PRICING AND PAYMENT – Prices are style dependent and orders are only processed after payment has been confirmed. An invoice will be sent after the price has been concluded. We accept full or 80% payment deposit. Other details will be provided on the invoice, kindly send payment receipt when the payment has been made.

MEASUREMENT SESSION
Measurement session can be done virtually or physically.
Physical measurements is advisable if you can come in to ensure we get the perfect Fit.
For both: The perfect undergarments is important. A good fitted bra MUST be worn & No body shaper.
For virtual measurements session.
• You need an Adult to take vour measurements for you while you are guided by the Creative Director.
If you are sending in your measurements, we won’t be liable for any misfit as to measurements.

ALTERATIONS/CHANGES
We understand that one of the benefits of having a custom-made outfit is the flexibility to make changes to the style of your outfit, however any changes 24 hours after consultation will attract extra charges of 10 percent of the price of the dress.
We ensure that all outfits that leaves the Atelier is in Good condition, However once your outfits leave the Atelier and is in possession of dispatch/client,it won’t be accepted back to the atelier

TURNAROUND TIME – Our turnaround time is usually 2weeks for asoebi,
3_6weeks for custom made outfits after payment is being made. Date can be slightly adjusted subject to when your event is.

Express production; We offer 48hours service for outfit that it’s needed urgently and it’s cost 50% extra of the actual cost .

FITTINGS/DELIVERY -Fittings date will be communicated during physical consultation for walk in clients. Delivery date will be communicated during the virtual session. We deliver worldwide and Delivery is not free.
Please prepare to come in for your fitting when you’re not in a hurry.
Your dress is specially bespoken to fit your exact body type and may require a lot of time and attention to get the perfect fitting. The fitting of your dress is our top priority and we want you to enjoy the production and design journey with us so please be patient and love the process.

REFUNDS– At A1clothing we do not offer refunds, once payment is made there is no option for a refund.
NOTE: For quality assurance purposes, especially for bridal outfits, you are expected to book for your consultation at least 2 months to your event to give enough time for planning, fabric sourcing, fitting, embellishing and so on. We can make exceptions for events that are much sooner, depending on our schedule.
